All in all everything was perfect, had a very pleasant stay for a business trip. Comforts of apartment were fabulous - a lounge area, a mini-fridge, and Netflix. It was spotless and bathroom - neat. The location of the hotel was nice and ideal - not too far away from an idiosyncratic folk museum. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping centres...

the position was magnificent and lovely, restaurants and pubs are walking distance to the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the Avenue Motel Palmerston North. the location is excellent, with easy access to a mall, Burger King, and an Irish Bar/Restaurant, all just a short walk away. We loved visiting Carafe Coffee Roasters for coffee and treats, which was also conveniently nearby.

The motel’s interior outlook is quite depressing during the day since there’s no sun, but this can be overlooked given the other great features on offer.

Had a weekend here and it was okay. They offered complementary towels which were big enough for us. It was situated close to key important places like fast food restaurants and a shopping mall. Our vehicle felt secure as it was set back from the road. We also had a private SPA which was nice after a long day.

The stay was not as good as expected. the kitchenette was dirty, and we had to clean it before using it.
